SIOS: Svalbard Integrated Arctic Earth Observing System is een internationaal waarneem systeem voor lange-termijn metingen in en rond de Noorse eilandengroep van Spitsbergen, die werkt aan wetenschappelijke vragen van systeem aarde. Het is een internbationaal consortium van instituten en de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen met het Arctisch Centrum is een van de leden.
In Longyearbyebn op Spitsbergen is het SIOS Knowledge Centre, waar de activiteiten worden ontwikkeld en vorm gegeven.
De SIOS Polar Night Week is een jaarlijkse conferentie, die online gevolgd kan worden.
