poop | 8 July 2025 |
During the final check of nest of barnacle geese on Storholmen, we find a beautiful poop from a polar bear. It also contains goose egg fragments.![]() Picture by Karein van Bijssum This is a part of a vomit ball of a polar bear with 100% egg shells. Mennobart van Eerden discovered it in 2015. Decay is slow as it is still laying on the porch of my hut after 10 years. ![]() | |
